 About us
This website has been created and is maintained in the framework of diverse support actions funded by the Directorate General Information Society and Media (DG Infso) of the European Commission as part of the “EU Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development”.
It is updated and maintained in close liaison with the International Relations Unit of DG Infso with the objective of providing European and Asian organisations interested in the development of R&D cooperation projects in the ICT area with relevant background information and useful links.
Among such links, the ones listed on the below map can be underlined: they are related to ongoing or recent activities developed by EU-funded projects addressing cooperation in ICT research between the EU and Asia.
We hope this platform will contribute, even modestly, to strengthening the already longstanding links of friendship and mutual esteem that unite the Asian and European ICT communities.
